I very much like the doctor I have been seeing (Toran MacArthur) but I am going to have to find someone else. These are the reasons why: 1. Phones are awful. I have called two days this week, repeatedly. All I get is the initial introductory "If you need to schedule and appointment......" tape. You can push #1 a thousand times and nothing happens. The doctors are fine, it's the office staff that are horrible to work with. We always get pushed to an answering machine and then they never return the call. After multiple complaints we finally switched offices and requested our medical records to be transferred. It has been months now and they still have not transferred them (after making multiple requests). We just called again today and guess what, another answering machine.
Friendly, nice.... then hit you with a gigantic bill when essentially all the doctor did was give common-sense advice that I had already told him I followed before he started rambling. So unhappy. If you feel like burning money and still not receiving answers to your health problems, hit up Premier Family Medical.
I have had only great experiences with the staff and doctors here. Thank you for treating me like a human, and being willing to talk through things in detail, without any rush or hurry to get to the next person. Patient, kind and extremely helpful! Highly recommend.

I took my son this morning because he had a really bad cough. The staff to the nurse and physicians assistant were all so great. They took such good care of him and helped to put my mind at ease. Thank you so much.
Giving a shout out to the best Doctor and staff I've ever seen! Dr. David Hafen(American Fork) has been our family doctor for 18 years! He is kind, attentive, thorough, humble, and very skilled. His staff have always been amazing! Kim, Angie, Jodi, and all! You guys are my hero's! Thank you for always giving us excellent care!!

Horrible customer/medical service. Extremely unhappy with the services we received from Dr. Peterson and his team. He was unwilling to work with us in any way to make it right. I feel completely robbed of our money. Avoid Premier Dermatology at all costs. Go to another Doctor for Dermatology.
RecommendedMy sub dr. Was deathly afraid of my sdit who is just a pup. It made my who Dr appointment very uncomfortable when i was on the table. When she walked out i dont think sbe could of been squeezed up against the door anymore. LOL
