I have been a loyal customer since 2006, and the staff could not be more competent and friendly. It is always an outstanding experience when I visit for my annual checkup. I was a little concerned when I found out that Dr. Fry was out on Medical Leave; however, I saw Taylor today, and she was fantastic. Everything was great from the very thorough exam to the excellent help in selecting a new pair of frames/lenses. I would highly recommend Premier Eyecare for anyone looking for the their type services.
Friendly and very professional staff. I was greeted as I walked in the door. All of my questions were answered perfectly. It was my first time getting contacts. They made sure I left with an understanding of how to put them in and take them out as well as how long it would take to focus. In my opinion they really are Knoxville’s Premier Eyecare office.
I had my vest first appointment yesterday. I’ve been a loyal LensCrafters customer for decades. I finally got over spending $600 after ins on lenses that ended up scratching and getting cloudy. I also haven’t been able to wear contacts in a few years and was dying to be able to wear them again. Well I made it my first full day with contacts yesterday after my morning visit.
