I went in on 07/05/2018 to look for a Kia Forte I had seen online , so the new guy Joshua Coleman took me & my husband to chalmette to look for it & I end up seeing something else in my price range. He was very polite & respectful & he broke everything down into details so I would understand what I was buying. GREAT SALESMAN!!!

I am reviewing this place based on a “bait & switch” type tactic they used on me this past Friday June 15th. I made an appointment over the phone to test drive and buy a Nissan Versa for a pretty good deal because the saleswoman over the phone to agree to settle for a flat $9K on the vehicle instead of $9,495. When I arrived at my appointment to look at that specific vehicle, they told me it was being “loaned out to a salesperson” and that it would be “back tomorrow” but that I could look at the same car in gray for the same... read more

Will NEVER be back at this place! Disrespectful and rude..liars...they will tell you one thing and then turn around and play stupid when it's time sign papers...they claim to have so many deals but the cars are trash..they look pretty but barely run..3 different sales people will give you 3 different listed prices, promise you different things and when it's time to get the facts straight they develope amnesia.
