Hey I went there 2 days in a row & the new guy Joshua Coleman I believe was very professional & he really made me feel welcomed. I can tell he’s gonna he a beast. I’ll definitely recommend anybody to go give that Lil dude some commission anytime

Disrespectful and rude..liars...they will tell you one thing and then turn around and play stupid when it's time sign papers...they claim to have so many deals but the cars are trash..they look pretty but barely run..3 different sales people will give you 3 different listed prices, promise you different things and when it's time to get the facts straight they develope amnesia. I went to buy a car from here yesterday. I was looking at a white Nissan sedan and on the phone the saleswoman told me she could give it to us for a flat $9K instead of $9,500. I was really just going to test drive it for good measure but I felt like the deal was done and was pretty set to pay cash for this car and drive off the lot. We went here with the intention of seeing a vehicle we saw on the website. We test drove it and all. When we sat down to crunch numbers, the manager didn’t even bother trying to find out the value on our car. He thought the salesman said we were offered $20k at another dealership so he low balled the value and offered $19k. It was extremely insulting considering that the trade in value median is around $26k. The manager was rude and not interesting in selling anything. The car had 4k miles on it but it was filthy. My daughter bought a vehicle in February and we still don't have a license plate. We are constantly calling and half the time they answer the phone and hang up on you. These people are so unprofessional. I've called numerous times to talk to someone in charge but apparently there is no one in charge.
