I went to buy a car from here yesterday. I was looking at a white Nissan sedan and on the phone the saleswoman told me she could give it to us for a flat $9K instead of $9,500. I was really just going to test drive it for good measure but I felt like the deal was done and was pretty set to pay cash for this car and drive off the lot. We went here with the intention of seeing a vehicle we saw on the website. We test drove it and all. When we sat down to crunch numbers, the manager didn’t even bother trying to find out the value on our car. He thought the salesman said we were offered $20k at another dealership so he low balled the value and offered $19k. It was extremely insulting considering that the trade in value median is around $26k. The manager was rude and not interesting in selling anything. The car had 4k miles on it but it was filthy. My daughter bought a vehicle in February and we still don't have a license plate. We are constantly calling and half the time they answer the phone and hang up on you. These people are so unprofessional. I've called numerous times to talk to someone in charge but apparently there is no one in charge. So I will keep giving horrible reviews daily or multiple times a day on Facebook twitter google and any other social media I can. DO Not do business with this unprofessional place!!!!!!!! This place is very unorganized. Service is horrible. I've been there two days now. And each day I sat for hours and got absolutely nothing accomplished. I was told by a salesman that everything came back good and that I was approved but the process was still prolonged until the end of the business day. Returned the next day hoping to sign agreements and ride off the lot but again I just ended up wasting more time because still no progress. This was my second visit to the service department and my first oil change. I have had great service both times and the people were friendly and helpful. I am not sorry for making the decision to purchase and do business with Premier. I don't even mind the drive from the westbank the helpful staff makes it worth my time.
DO NOT BUY ANY USED CARS FROM THIS LOT!!! My girlfriend and I went to purchase a used car that was listed online, 2003 Jeep Liberty, when we saw the car it looked decent. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! We decided to purchase the car along with trading our car in for $500. The original price for the car was $1991, with their taxes, our salesman Marc, told us it came up to $2500. If I could give a negative rating I would. I absolutely HATED my experience here with this dealership! I was sketchy from the beginning of dealing here. We stood up to walk out multiple times. The truck we originally wanted was supposedly parked in the front ready for us to go sign papers the next day.
