Their customer service is awful! The maintenance supervisor and the general manager have bad, nonchalant attitudes. They don’t care about you or your car. They scratch it up on their watch and will try to blame you instead of investigating the issue. Find somewhere else who actually appreciates your money.
This is the WORST experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership! I called about a vehicle I was interested in because of how low it was priced they proceeded to tell me the vehicle had sold but they had an identical one that they could match the price on. I drive 2 hours to go look at this vehicle, took it home on an extended test drive, texted them told I was coming back to buy it and when I get back there they tell me they can’t sell it for the price I was told. Service Department is very slow and unorganized. I brought my car in on Friday, May 17, 2019 at opening. My service advisor's name was Vicki. Every single time I had to call to get an update on my vehicle. Vicki never called me not once to give an update. Here it is Wednesday, May 22, 2019 and my vehicle is still not completed.
