Rn Debbie is wonderful. They are on the ball with everything. They help my boyfriend after he came down with celulitis after a knee replacement. Rn Debbie was the one who told him to stay off his feet for a few days. Ice his leg. After a few days swelling went down alot. He able to walk now and doing wonderful. Thank you Rn Debbie

Worst customer service ever!!!! I called to check on the status of my husband cpap machine (been waiting for over 3 weeks) they claimed they do not have the sleep study but they sent me the sleep study trying to prove they did not have it. I was talking to one customer service rep and she went to put me on hold well she did not heard her talking bad about me and then laughed and said watch this and hung up on me. called back and got a supervisor and she laughed at me when I complained about being hung up on. never will do bu... read more

There local oxygen service was fine, their Billing Office, stinks. Applied for a fee waiver, never heard from them so changed to the VA for service, because I could not tell what I would owe. Then never got a single bill, but sent to collections a year later, Still could not get a bill out of them, but paid the 80 dollars, then 2 years later still no bill sent to collections again for 23 dollars.
