When you get calls from customers....past or present, answer the phone and when you DO finally answer, stop making promises you NEVER intend to keep. The worst Customer Service I have EVER seen!!!!
Horrible scheduling department!!! I called four times over a span of a week. I left 1 voicemail and spoke to 2 live people who assured me the CPAP scheduling dept here in Las Vegas would call me back. NO call back or voicemail. Was trying to re-sked an appointment for my father as we had a conflict appt but now just trying to cancel. I ended up sending an email 24 hours in advance to cancel. I'm tired of hearing they are so busy. We are all busy!
While PH has been less reliable than they should be, their delivery people are some of the nicest, kindest people I've met. One young man in particular, Lamar, who delivers on Saturdays, is an angel from heaven. His aura is amazing. He has a deep affinity and empathy for those of us facing health challenges, and is an exceptional person representing PH.
I would select 0 stars if possible. When my husband was discharged from the hospital, we purchased some home health medical equipment. One item would not work in our home and it was picked up 2 days later (tags still on it, never used). Three months later we are still waiting for our refund. Every time we call they say that for some reason it was never processed and it will take 4-6 weeks. We've called 3-4 times now and the customer service is absolutely horrible!
