We have been very impressed with Preferred Care. They are providing care for our Downs Syndrome daughter, who also has dementia . The caregivers are great - in addition to providing basic care, they also work hard to keep her happy and her mind stimulated. Our daughter always has a big smile for the caregivers when they arrive. The home office is also great to work with - they are very caring people and somehow manage to adjust schedules when we need to make a change.
This is a great place to work and I would highly recommend! Everyone is very kind and cares about everyone single client and employee!
Im a caregiver at preferred care at home of Chattanooga. And I've work for other caregiving company's and this is the only place that puts you with clients based on ur experience so u don't got to worry about going somewhere and not knowing what to do. And before u get to ur location u got a care plan of everything u need to know. And not to mention the lady's and guy that puts everything together n the office.
