I have never met such a wonderful, caring, Group of Staff that actually care about your Dental care. I now“CARE” about my Dental hygiene. I brush 3 times a day and you Dental floss on a regular basis. I have recommended ,so many people over the years to Dr. P and they feel the exact same way I do about the caring Staff Members. I receive so many compliments about my beautiful smile, and that has been a life-changing experience for me. It built my Character and self-esteem, so I highly recommend Preferred Dental care!
I have bad anxiety and was kinda freakin out in the past i had Dr’s get upset and say Horrible things but Dr. P was so UNDERSTANDING, SUPPORTIVE, KIND and CARING she stopped what she was doing to make sure I was completely comfortable to continue the procedure.A1 service from the staff as well on today !!! Thank you Preferred Dental you guys are the BEST!!!!!

I’ve been to several dental offices in all my years of life and so far Preferred Dental has kept my business...I’d never gone anywhere else.....been here for awhile...not planning on leaving!! Great staff!! Overall the best in Indy!! Preferred Dental Rocks!!!
My scheduled appointment went well. Dr. Palanca and her staff are excellent. My hygienist, Jaime H. was exceptional as usual. She makes a visit to the dentist office a pleasure instead of an ordeal.
Every visit my daughters and I are welcomed with the warmest smiles and gentle dental experiences. You always go above and beyond to make us comfortable and explain any dental work needed in detail. When my youngest daughter needed a referral for a baby root canal Missy took the extra time to call around to see what office would work best and take our insurance.
