Dr. Palanka and her team are the best dental service I have ever had in my life. They are all so freindly and caring I feel like we are part of a family. I am 79 and have been able to keep alot of my natural teeth, thanks to them. What is also important to me is, through the years, I have never experienced any pain. I am so thankful for them all.
After not visiting the dentist, for longer than I would like to admit, I was a bit nervous about going back , especially since I haven't visited a dentist in Indy. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment and all the way through , was nothing short than high quality. The staff were all so very nice, professional and made the entire process so easy. They did everything they possibly could to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Palanca for many years. Dr. Palanca and her staff are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. They are fast, attention to detail and at the same time, get you in and out quick. They even call if there is a cancellation. I also like the text messages I receive that remind me of my appointments cause I stay busy! Thanks for everything!
I became a patient of Dr. Palanca a year and a half ago. After my very first visit and exam I felt I had come to a place where my teeth were going to get good care. Everyone in the office was friendly and I had no qualms about following through with all the recommended dental work. I am grateful to my friend who told me about Dr. Palanca and how much they were glad to be one of her patients.
Few people cant say that about their dentist but i really love them all of them this staff is one of the best i even encounter in my life. They treat with respect snd sympathy for your dental issues. They always make me feel welcome and cared

This is a very good customer service @ preferred dental. All cares provided to me were very professional . Knowledge of the materials and ample questions for my best satisfaction. I like preferred dental and will referred friends to visit and experience the team work. There is no waiting time to be served. As new patient I was provided with all possible discounts.
