Dr. Palanca and her staff deliver the best dental care period. They focus on what is in the best interest of the patient. Their internal processes, prodedures and operations are well designed and optimized to deliver the most optimal dental service. Even after we moved out of town, we still use their service.

Two years ago I went to Preferred Dental for a severe toothache. I was treated so well by Dr. Palanca and her team that I changed dentists. I have had a few dental procedures since then and a really long procedure yesterday. I was made comfortable, given breaks, felt no pain whatsoever at anytime in Dr. Palanca's professional hands. I can honestly say I've had the best dental experiences ever since I switched to Preferred Dental and the customer service is awesome too. I've recommended this practice to all my family members!

No pain whether having teeth clean or an occasional filling. The doctors and staff are the highest quality. Best dental office I've been too, I've been a regular for 5 years. Highly recommend for your dental needs.
