Great Staff I have been going to Preferred Dental for just over a year and the staff have always been friendly and courteous. I often go for my cleaning during my lunch break and they are respectful of my time and move me through the cleaning process efficiently.
Great staff. Teeth cleaning use to leave my mouth sore and bleeding but not here. Great sonic cleaning for people with lots of crowns...me.

Dr. Palanca and her staff are very nice. I am usually very nervous when going to dentist, however the doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable. They also explained everything that they were doing and what would happen next. Also have not heard one child that was a patient cry out on any of my visits(4). This office is a keeper!
