Amazing experience — EVERY time! I first came to Preferred Dental Care for a wisdom tooth extraction. My last experience with getting teeth taken out was the worst (NOT PDC) and caused me to fear going to the dentist. Once again, the staff was great from greeting me upon my arrival to keeping my appointment on time. My hygienist, Lil' Jamie did a great job making the X Ray procedure as smooth as possible and her skill set in cleaning my teeth was painless, efficient and effective. Dr. Palanca's examination of the work was given a thumbs up and I feel that Dr. P and her staff are really invested in my dental care.

They are always so friendly at Preferred Dental. I wish I remembered the doctors names :( The dental assistant is so kind and always asks me if I’m comfortable after my procedure. If I’m not, she ensures the necessary steps are taken to make sure I am comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes it seems like the assistants are rushing. They do great work but sometimes it looks like they are rushing and when you are having dental work done, the last thing you want is someone to rush lol. So even if th... read more
