The technician was on time, cordial. and explained answers to my questions in terms I understood. Gave me some helpful hints. I expect to become a regular customer of theirs in the future. Nice to have such competent people for the work you want done.

Precision rocks! We have utilized all their HVAC services for many years at our residence of 39 years and continuing now at our condo rental as well. At 78 years of age I prefer to use the accolade "superb"instead of the cliched "Awesome" to describe their service to the public due mainly to the staff, and now including service tech Austin. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, professional, prompt, courteous and completely CUSTOMER ORIENTED. ***************

You have a top notch man in Austin P. His professionalism was obvious from the start; prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better technician to tune our boilers up for the winter season at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Austin explained the small problem that he found and it was found now instead of in the winter when it's cold. Evan was wonderful. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He was honest and customer service focused in pointing out what filters needed to be switched out and which could probably last another year. I have been nothing but pleased by my experiences with Precision and would definitely recommend them.

We just had a new furnace, hot water heater, air conditioner and humidifier installed by Paul from Precision Plumbing & Heating. Took him only 2 days to do all that work and he was a pleasure to have working here in our house. Explained everything and answered all our questions. Very impressed with this company and will definitely recommend their services.

Cliff is AWESOME. He has been doing both my spring and fall check up on my geothermal system. Last fall he left me his card with his home phone number and told me if I had any issues just to call him at home. Little did he know that the following evening I would have an issue so I called him directly at home. He was to our home quickly, resolved the problem for the evening and arranged to have Precision out the following morning to repair and permanently resolve the issue. Professional from receptionist to service manager to technicians. Knowledgeable about the service they are providing and great communication. Very pleased. Had hot water heater, well pressure tank , house filtration, and water softener changed. Completed in one day with minimal disruption. Thanks everyone!

Dave did a great job. I had a CO event, so I asked for an additional evaluation of that in conjunction with the annual check up. He not only took the time to explain how things worked and the possible cause, but also was extremely patient with my questions. I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Thank you.
