We were very happy with Precision and with Cliff who came to do an annual Furnace check. He was on time, personal, thorough and did a great job of explaining our heating system and how to care for it. We have also found the office staff to be great. They are always friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommend Precision.

"Not cheap but efficient and honest" according to my son. We've had Precision for a furnace problem and to install a new water heater. Everyone we've been in contact with has been extremely helpful and they do what they say they will when they say they will. I have and will continue to recommend Precision Plumbing and Heating!

When taking some storage bins into the craw space, I noticed water on the floor below furnace. Called the Company that was handling my HVAC for the last three Years that they could be out in 10 days or so , unless I Wanted them to come out after hours for $140.00 for the First hour!!! I told them I needed the furnace serviced As I had to leave town for a few days. No reply. So I called Precision. They sent out Evan M to diagnose The issue. Cliff is an incredible technician who's knowledge in HVAC is the best I've ever encountered as a homeowner. He is a great troubleshooter, always does the right thing and is very efficient! I would highly recommend him and Precision Plumbing and Heating.

******* Five Star Rating Serviceman "CJK" recently performed our annual winterization on a furnace first installed by Jeff in 2015. As always, the work was first rate; the service friendly, competent, and to timely---just like the craftsmanship of Jeff and Em, "CJK's" predecessors. Almost switched vendors a year or so ago when an arrogant scheduler was out of line. Am glad we didn't. The actual service from PP&HS techs affirms our allegiance.

Austin did a great job on our annual furnace inspection. He arrived at the site on time as was very efficient in checking the heating system. We are pleased with our experiences with Precision Plumbing and would definitely recommend them.
