Diminished well water tank pressure caused us to reach out to PPHS, our regular purveyor of plumbing and heating services. David G., a personable and very knowledgeable pro, responded with not only expert service, but also a succinct tutorial on the system's operation and why it was failing. This is consistent with the type of service we've experienced over our long-term association with the firm. Recommend them? You bet!

I contacted Sherry on Friday and explained a problem with my thermostat. She arranged for service to happen the following Monday. Cliff came right on time and worked to correct the issue. He is very professional and helpful. Not only do I no longer have the problem but now I understand the workings of the system. Cliff patiently explained details for each question I asked. Couldn't be happier with the service and the company. Thanks!!

Our boiler began shutting off intermittently. I called Precision on the recommendation of another plumber. Mike came out, on time, and was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We needed a new expansion tank and he had one in his truck. Well done. Also, good service from the office staff. Precision will have our business in the future.

Super Bowl Sunday 6 am, no thermostat. Called Precision. 8am Mike H. was out. Installed temporary thermostat. Replaced 5year old one under warranty on Tuesday. Thorough, experienced and professional. They've had my business for many years and I would recommend them.
