David G., a personable and very knowledgeable pro, responded with not only expert service, but also a succinct tutorial on the system's operation and why it was failing. This is consistent with the type of service we've experienced over our long-term association with the firm. Recommend them? You bet!

I contacted Sherry on Friday and explained a problem with my thermostat. She arranged for service to happen the following Monday. Cliff came right on time and worked to correct the issue. He is very professional and helpful. Not only do I no longer have the problem but now I understand the workings of the system. Cliff patiently explained details for each question I asked. Couldn't be happier with the service and the company. Thanks!!

Our boiler began shutting off intermittently. I called Precision on the recommendation of another plumber. Mike came out, on time, and was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We needed a new expansion tank and he had one in his truck. Well done. Also, good service from the office staff. Precision will have our business in the future.

Super Bowl Sunday 6 am, no thermostat. Called Precision. 8am Mike H. was out. Installed temporary thermostat. Replaced 5year old one under warranty on Tuesday. Thorough, experienced and professional. They've had my business for many years and I would recommend them.

Our furnace was out & DeAnna came out the same day to give us a quote for replacement. She was very professional. She measured the square footage of the house, number of windows & doors, ceiling height, and gave us a quote before she left. She measured the old furnace so a transition for the plenum could be fabricated and it was ready the next day! Precision had the proper furnace in stock & it was installed by Jeff, who did the replacement, hauled our old furnace out & had the new furnace working by noon. The following day ... read more

The Service Technician Austin did a great job. He was very thorough and checked things on our furnace that I know no other companies tech has ever checked. Our furnace is 29 years old and I felt at ease after seeing how thorough Austin was. This was the first time I've used Precision Plumbing and Heating and I will continue to do so.
