Everybody at Precision Doors was amazing especially Horace. His work is perfection!!! And, he was very patient explaining our new remotes and such. Awesome Company!!!
Give kudos to the installer. In and out within 45 minutes. He’s just the installer so he doesn’t set pricing. Got next day service and was even accommodated for a later service in the day after an unexpected meeting added to my calendar. Had a 12-2pm window and requested to move to 4-6pm and was accommodated. I finished early and so did the technician and he called and arrived by 3pm. Great service. Very competent technician who I believe is totally honest, presented clear options and when I gave him the go ahead, He was stocked on truck to provide complete repairs . Completed job, paid by credit card on his iPad and emailed detail of work and receipt. Exceptional experience!
After lighting fried our garage door openers , Precision came out quickly and replaced our old openers with better ones. Scheduling was easy, and after the technician installed the new openers, he took the time to connect our vehicles to the new openers. It was a great experience
