If I had the opportunity to rate half a star I would. I contacted a man named Ryan by email saying I would like to schedule an appointment for this Saturday. The day I emailed was on a Monday. He said great see you there. Saturday came by, and I was told the car was sold at the actual dealership. Wow I never got any type of email back saying that the vehicle I wanted was gone? Excellent, fair, quick, professional, painless. If you hate buying a car as much as I do, and are an informed buyer just looking for a reasonable price on a good used car, then go to Precision and ask for Ryan. I bought a 2001 Nissan Sentra with about 100K miles, just drove it across desert to LA, then up to Oakland. Zero problems. Just really great. I would definitely go back to this dealer and buy another car.
