Fast response, knowledgeable and friendly, and I did not even end up buying from them (though would definitely consider doing). I bought a new car instead given the high rebates.
I personally visited the dealer. Very friendly and courteous guys! The specific car, however, did not match up with my expectations.
Anthony and Jack worked a miracle to get me financed for my dream car then they went out of their way to deliver it to me over 150 miles away. They made the transaction super easy. I would highly recommend them to buy your new car.
HORRIBLE!!! They truly earn 0 stars. Jack himself was very rude and short and not willing to answer questions. Extremely unprofessional. They have no respect for your time and if you ask too many questions he will tell say that he will not sale to you. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE! So glad I did not spend my hard earned money in this place.

PFS operates like CarMax, prices are Not negotiable and usually overpriced by $1,000-1,500 over similar dealer comps...
The sales rep, Cathy was very sincere and responsive. I test drove the vehicle and she quickly offered a trade-in estimate that seemed fair, but the car was simply out of my price range. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership or recommend it to others.
