They didn’t actually have the car. Promised to call me when it arrived. Never called. I called a week later and was told it was sold.

Highly unorganized. Was told I was approved for the vehicle I wanted, but after waiting for an hour to speak to financial I find out I was “conditionally” approved as long as I paid $6000. What’s the point of filling out your credit app online? I did that on a Monday and didn’t show up to the dealership until Saturday so time is no excuse. The rep should have communicated with me sooner, but communication was laughable.
Very honest and professional experience.
