we showed up unscheduled and the car was so hot and the salesman says (the a/c may need to be charged) I was thinking I have not even gotten out of the parking lot and already something is wrong. the roof lining was starting to peel away from the heat and the hood and a few smaller places outside have paint damage from the heat as well.
Ryan offered us great service, friendly, chill guy. No pressure showed us a few cars, gave my wife and i space. Made us comfortable to make important decisions without interuptions. The loan processor Jack is a huge DBacks fan! EZ loan process while talking baseball. I am a car guy and will do business again.

So far so good they are very responsive. I have not purchased a vehicle with them as I am still just looking. They have not pressured me at all. They are on my nice list!
