The professionalism of its employees and especially Shaun Byrd. The appointment was supposed to be between 12 and 2 pm but I got a call from Shaun a little after 9 am saying they were in the area and wanted to know if it was ok to come over then. Of course it was ok. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work performed. I am super impressed with the results and will not hesitate to recommend this company.

I think everyone has had the pleasure of waiting for hours for a service call. This is what GOOD looks like: I was able to schedule a next-day appointment w/ Precision Door Service of Mobile-Gulfport. They told me they’d arrive between 12 and 2pm. I received an automated text ahead of time (~11:30) with the service tech’s name, picture and ETA (and a link to a map to track his progress). Was able to track the driver online a full hour before he arrived so I could see his location and ETA so I could plan my day. The door just needed a little adjusting - this place has integrity as they could have told me anything and had me spend a whole lot of money unnecessarily. Excellent job !
Love my garage door! The service is fabulous and the technicians are professionals. I like that they will send you a text showing a picture of the technician. No matter what I called about they were always helpful. Definitely would reccomend Percision Doors.

PDS did a fantastic job fixing our garage door. Came out the same day that we called, gave us our options as to what could or needed to be done, and was done quick. William was outstanding not only in his work, but his knowledge and respectfulness. Definitely encourage anyone needing garage repairs to call PDS!
