RecommendedMy son is building a computer and accidentally installed a plate backwards. The tiny screws required an Allen wrench and he stripped 3 of them trying to remove them. We had nothing small enough to remove them. My husband called Precious Metals and was told bring it up. Within minutes the screws were removed at NO CHARGE. World class service.
