I'm typing this review on behalf of my wife who had an unfortunate experience during her appointment today Monday 26th at 4:30pm, staff were not "patient oriented" and seemed to be in a rush to go home the whole time. Staff were not friendly with our kids either, using a rude tone in a couple instances. Doctor was not thoughtful with her feedback to my wife's responses, and seemed uninterested. During my follow-up appointments, Dr, Muchado always paid me a visit to discuss x-rays, concerns and answer any questions I might have had. He always took the time out of his very busy schedule. All staff, from Doctor Byington and nurses to the office and physical therapy staff are amazing. Automated appointment reminders and access to all of your records online are just a few perks.
