RecommendedRemodel was nicely done. Saw a few things that are left to be done but compared to the way it use to look, it's really nice. plenty of equipment, cardio machines, and free weights. Juice bar is not opened yet but perhaps it will be in the next few weeks.
Recommendedthe renovations are top notch. the new equipment is great including the " hoist " machines that use your own body weight to assist in the movement. the locker rooms are most excellent and look forward to utilizing all the new amenities. can't wait to see it when ita full complete as I see some final things are being added but all in all the BEST of new and old together for optimum training.

The staff, albeit friendly, does not answer emails in a timely manner. I had sent 3 emails over the course of 1 1/2 weeks with questions regarding our membership status in light of COVID-19, and from the most recent email I sent, it took another two weeks to receive a response from the location manager. The response I eventually did receive was a canned message that still does not answer my specific questions. As a result, I find communication to be poor and disorganized. I expect better service than I’ve received.
Company continues to charge me after my contract ended. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times. Was told my contract would need to be renewed in January to continue use or I could just let it expire and wouldnt be charged any more. I haven't used my membership since before December so theres no reson for them to continue charging. Company refuses to reply now regarding the situation. Just another money hungry corporation.
