Long time member and the work our area is dismal. They have plans up for a remodel but at the moment the cardio/weight area has a ton of non working equipment and only about half the lights are working. The sauna is a mess, there are boards missing and the bench is all uneven. I’ve tried to contact them a few times with no response from anyone.

RecommendedI love training with Tina Ricaurte! She is so fun and encouraging. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and keeps our workouts interesting with plenty of variety.
They fraudulently drafted a two-year contract when I signed up for month to month, and they refused to take responsibility or fix it. Genesis Gym was formerly World Gym. Genesis Bought World Gym in late 2018. At the time I was in a one-year membership contract with World Gym, and that contract transferred to Genesis.
