The HVAC system at the 84th and Q location has not worked correctly for months. Most days it's too hot and stuffy to work out. We were told that someone from Canada has to fix it and it takes weeks for them to get to Omaha. (They must be walking here.) They expected us to believe that. Only four of the elliptical machines work so if they are taken, you're out of luck.
I hope they convert a racquetball court to a squash court as its more of a workout.Come on owners it won't take much.

In eight years working out at Prairie Life on "Q" in Omaha, I've shed more than 100 pounds, have seen my all-important A1C diabetes number drop from an alarming 15.1 to a comfy 6.0...AND I've worked up to completing an ELEVEN-minute plank.
You come in thinking you're in shape and they put you to work :-) Execelent staff, trainers are great to workwith. Been here 2+ years an still look forward to it everyday!
Prairie Life has so much to offer for everyone of every age & fitness level to meet their fitness & health goals , from various fitness classes ,to the best in equipment & exceptionally awesome personal trainers .
