Me and my family have been going to this gym since July 2017 we love it it’s great atmosphere the kids enjoyed themselves and the people are amazing will be here for a long time
I always look forward to my workouts at Prairie Life with my trainer, Rick. He really cares about his clients and changes my routine up enough to keep it challenging AND interesting. My weight-loss journey doesn't seem so endless anymore thanks to him and the other great staff members.
It’s a great atmosphere. There’s not all those meat heads you find in some gyms, yet they have some of the best equipment a person might want to use to beef up the body with. They also have a fantastic pool and a basketball court. It’s a great gym.
The best place you could ever wanna get back onto shape after the holidays .I lost so much o can do any thing soneone half myh age can do .
Danielle is a great water aerobics instructor. She mixes up the routines and it's a great workout.
