This company is unprofessional and is screwing a lot of people. I tried for months to get our accounts put on hold, as was allowed in our contract. My requests were ignored, not responded to, and we were billed for months that we didn’t use the gym. I then tried to resolve this with billing, these requests were ignored. Emails weren’t responded to, phone calls weren’t returned. I am not the only person who has had billing issues with this company. It’s fine until there are billing issues, then expect to be ignored.

TL;DR easy to sign up but don't trust them when you cancel. Clearly there are far more reputable companies out there. We requested to terminate our month to month membership with them due to COVID safety concerns. At the time my wife signed the paperwork to end things and was told that it was good for the both of us. However they continued to charge me and when contacted refused to issue a refund.
