Delicious! We had the duck lettuce wraps for an appetizer. Followed by the Ahi Tuna Bowl, and “The Special” for the night which is almost indescribable but one of the freshest meals I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place if you like to try new things. The food is fresh and delicious!

Attended a wedding catered by Prairie Bay and the appetizers and dinner were absolutely awesome. Chicken breast, baby red potatoes and green beans were fantastic and filling.

When I truly want to impress friends and family - I take them to Prairie Bay. It’s like a vacation for your tastebuds too. Even if the seasonings and spices are ones you’ve had for years -Prairie Bay uses some type of magical spells or some other out of this world means and turns the food in to a unique flavor explosion.
