Typically we love Prairie Bay and have been eating here since they opened. Recent experiences have been really inconsistent: sometimes fabulous, sometimes sub-par and disappointing. Most recent two dinners have been disappointing. Not what you should expect from one of the higher priced venues in our area that prides itself on "casual creative fine dining."
