creative menu with many vegetarian and vegan options. we were a big group, and everyone found something delicious.
Super good every time we pass thru Baxter on our way to walker. Love that I have healthy options or can splurge on an endulgence

Prairie Bay catered our groom's dinner (sausage and chicken penne and chicken alfredo) and the dinner (hunter's grilled chicken + scalloped potatoes, beef brisket + sweet potato mashed, tarragon mushroom fusilli) for our wedding a few weeks ago! Delicious! We had the duck lettuce wraps for an appetizer. Followed by the Ahi Tuna Bowl, and “The Special” for the night which is almost indescribable but one of the freshest meals I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place if you like to try new things. The food is fresh and delicious!
