Prairie Bay catered our groom's dinner (sausage and chicken penne and chicken alfredo) and the dinner (hunter's grilled chicken + scalloped potatoes, beef brisket + sweet potato mashed, tarragon mushroom fusilli) for our wedding a few weeks ago!
