Prairie Bay is first class all the way! This restaurant is first class! Their menu is unique to all others (not a chain) and their use of locally grown foods makes for a tastier, fresher, and more sustainable dining experience. They are also regular hosts of fundraisers for nonprofits, donating wonderful appetizers to go along with the free wine tasting provided by Cash Wise Liquors. Kudos to PB!
Not Impressed...Bad Service Nothing ruins a meal more than bad service....waiting forever for a table, to get our beverage order, no refills, rude waitress....unfortunately we experienced it all at this restaurant. I had high hopes, but it failed. The food is also over priced. They charge a $2 fee to share an appetizer - I've actually never heard of that before. Then my friend's two children also paid a $2 fee to share a kids meal - what? It seems they are trying to nickle & dime whenever they can. I won't go back.

Prairie Bay catered our wedding 9/5/2020 at The Northern Pacific Center. The staff was NOT covid compliant, they were caught not wearing masks several times when food was being prepared in the back and the bartenders had their noses uncovered and had to be asked repeatedly to cover them. There was a serious lag in response time for the sales person we were working with and just a general lack of attention to detail on invoices etc. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your catering needs.
We LOVE Prairie Bay! The food is always good!!! Great menu although I miss the Duck Confit! They really know how to season every dish and service is always terrific!

try there pizza's or anything the Mac and cheese is worth it
new sever ours forgot our drinks asked us what we ordered 30 min after we ordered and the order was still wrong and ,cold and not very good
Food was amazing staff was very friendly
Prairie Bay catered our wedding (food and beverage) and they did an amazing job! Everything was great and went seamless! They even ran back into town to get more wine when we ran out! Definitely recommend for any event!
