Not a single positive review in the last ten years. This is a horrible company, that will do whatever it takes to silence homeowners and kiss up to the Board. Conflict of interest, thy name is PPM.
Horrific company! They are THE WORST. Don’t keep up amenities we pay for, have no enforcement of any kind, lazy and ignorant. They don’t monitor the work done by vendors, they don’t care if renters park all over the sidewalks and in Towing Zones. RUN if this company manages a property you plan to live in.
