Lanz came out and after a $70 service call, was told the following day the my cost of repair with part would be $485 to replace the gas valve. Shocked at the cost, I told them to hold off. I found the part online for $95. A buddy suggested P&P for the install. Chuck said he had the part in stock and came out at 7 pm, right when I got off work. They are much more than just heating and cooling, I had a serious wiring problem, and they sized it up, told me what the problem was, and fixed it, very professional, up front and honest

Came home to a warm house on a holiday weekend after enjoying a couple days out of town. Of course, it's the hottest week and weekend of the year. Called after 8pm and Chuck arrived at 8:30am as promised. After literally 10 mins, the air conditioner was working again and temp quickly started to fall in the house.
