$185.00 to hook up a water line for the ice maker on my mom’s fridge?? The copper line was already run. It needed to be properly flared, tightened onto the connection, and the water turned on. All of that work was done in a climate controlled and clean kitchen. No crawling around under the house. The tech was on site for about 30 minutes. I know it’s a business that needs to make money, but that’s unrealistic. There are no 0* ratings, or this would be one.
Fantastic service! They go above and beyond!We called to have a routine check and cleaning done to our furnace. While they were here, they made simple changes to our filter to make it much more accessible and easier to change (before it was difficult to get to). Our furnace also runs so much quieter now too! Would highly recommend P & P!
