We've had P&P out for both service and a new install and couldn't be happier with their service. They put in a new furnace and A/C in 2012 and we've never had a problem with it, plus it was well under the competition's bids we were getting. Recently we had P&P out for service on our water heater. The job was fast, affordable, and professionally done. This is a great local business that treats their customers right!

The gentleman (my fault-I forgot to ask his name) that arrived was early (a bonus in my book). He was very knowledgeable about the new furnace that was installed last year. He explained how it functions to me in terms I could understand. The appointment took very little time but was so educational for me. Thank you P & P! I will definitely be calling next fall to set up a yearly furnace checkup.
