One of worst service departments I have ever been to. Drive an hour still waiting after 2 hours with no result. To even have to bring my car in when I haven't even had it for two months is absolutely ridiculous.
First I would like to say that I've given this dealership their 3rd and final chance. Absolutely shady sales staff and finance department. Knowingly tried to sell me a car 2900.00 over clean retail blue book. Their reasoning was that "using KBB was strictly a guideline but, not a bible for pricing." The salesman then proceeded to hand me a print out of the KBB blue book value of my trade in and said this is what they were going to offer me for my truck. Worst place EVER to get a warranty issue addressed! 5 trips, didn't have my car for 10 weeks, and it turns out it could have been fixed 2 weeks in on the first trip if the tech had installed the part properly! No apologies, no attempt to fix, we had to call Kia corporate to get someone in to fix the problem!
Disrespectful of people and there property. Would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
We had a great and pleasant experience. They matched the online price after I pointed it out. Gave us a fair trade amount for our trade in. We looked at the vehicle at dark and didn't notice, but the windshield has a chip. Hoping they'll repair the chip. Other than that, good easy transaction.***Kia repaired the chip! Thank you!!
You guys were the best. No pressure, easy going. Staff is great! Our boys want to buy cars from you, so look forward to another generation buying cars from you!
Extremely terrible dealership! I purchased a car and within 1 month I started having overheating issues, followed by replacing the radiator. Within 2 weeks after fixing that, my car was dying whenever it idled. They refused to take the car back. Will NEVER deal with this business again and everyone I have talked to that wants a car I tell them to go elsewhere. This place is fuckin shady!
Just want to say...Hands down, the BEST service ever!!!! Dwayne and Bryan are sooooooo fun to work with. They made buying a car a blast! Thank you guys and I will be sending all my Central Oregon friends to Power =)
