They must not like selling used cars. Yhey refused to clean some food out from between the seat and wouldn't fill it up with gas. I've always had dealers fill the tank in the past. I was working out of town when my wife picked it up. I wouldn't have taken it. Now I had to stop in here to sign something that was overlooked and have bee waiting here for 45 min to be helped. We had the best experience ever working with Jeremy Unger on the purchase of our 2013 Chrsyler 200. We already know that when it comes time for a new truck for the hubby we will be back to see Jeremy. He went over and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. He really cares about his customers as does everyone else that works there, everyone greets you with a hello and a smile.

-5 Worst service department ever. Throws pieces of your car away, replaces parts with parts wrong size. Washes your car with a brush and scratches the hell outa your whole car. Manager is a piece of work. Left my number at the main office and still no call back. Will never do business with Power Kia.

Thee worst customer service i have ever experienced...oh wait, i guess we really didnt get any service. Pulled up to the lot parked right next to the building and 4 guys saw us get out. None of them came out to greet ua...walked around for 10 min. Still no one came out. Walked inside and not one person said a word to us. Great way to try and sale a car boys!
