We went into Power Kia to find Jim Roden. We had talk to him a couple months before and drove a Optima I was very impressed with the car and Jim was very honest and helpful in our needs. We came back to him to buy the Optima and he remembered us. We drove 2016 Optima and he told us what we could do to get in this car. Very polite and efficient employees. Eventhough I was only getting an oil change they had me in and out in about 30 min. Great experience as always.
Great guys, knowledgeable and got me all fixed. I've had my Kia Soul for several years and have very low miles, never had any problems until my check engine light came on, but they knew just what it could have been and repair was completed. Very happy with service and the parts department.
I got a safety recall for my Kia. I scheduled an appointment with them. They estimated the fix would take appox. an hour and they were correct. The people were friendly and they had a nice waiting room. I would go back to them if needed
Bought my 2013 Soul here back in June, and i love it. Dwayne was awesome helping me find the right car. Was in the service department last week for scheduled maintainance, and yesterday when a replacement for a faulty dash light switch came in. The service guys are fast, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. This is my first KIA, but not likely to be my last, and I will definitely be back to POWER for my next one.

I honestly had such a great experience with purchasing a car through Power Kia. I met an awesome salesman and got into the very first car that I knew I wanted! (2012 Ford Fiesta) After discussing payment arrangements, I told Wayne Ronke that I couldn't spend over $300 a month. Not only did he get me an amazing deal on leasing a 2016 Optima (that normally I would never be able to afford), he was witty, charming and relatable. It felt like I was doing business with a friend.
