We ordered our windows in October 2021. Our original install date was January 31, 2022. We were informed there may be some delay due to shipping delays, COVID, etc. Okay, we understand. Now months later, they tell us we are ready to go. We will be there between 8AM and 11 AM on March 3, 2022. We proceed to remove everything from the windows (drapes, blinds) and the area in front of the windows. So after preparing for them to come and altering three rooms, they call after 8AM and tell us we aren't coming sorry. We are paying ... read more
The sales process was a bit long for my wife and I but we completely understand why. The product is exceptional and you will get what you pay for. The crew did a great job installing the windows but the caulk lines on the outside were a little sloppy for my liking.
I asked everyone that came to my house to wear masks and they wore them the entire time. They were very courteous and very respectful. We have had a lot of work done at our house and I must say that power has been the best by far. We look forward to doing more work with power.
Power Remodeling installed 17 windows in our home in Chandler, AZ on February 10, 2022. We had not heard of this company in our area, but after listening to the very knowledgeable sales rep we were convinced that it was a good product. Worst customer service ever! Never called me back. Never gave the deal they promised. Slop work with more time spent scheduling times to fix it than is acceptable!
Starting with Nick, our sales rep, and ending with our installation team of Robert and Casey, everyone has been professional and courteous. We did have multiple delays with product coming in, but were kept in touch with and Power stayed in communication throughout. The windows are in and look great, I can already feel the difference in heat coming in the home. We would recommend Power to anyone looking to get windows in Florida.

Power was very professional and thorough when they came to my house. Everyone that we have met have been extremely polite. The installers are very clean and meticulous. Overall, everyone from power has excellent work ethic’s.
