The communication with Power HRG was spot on. We loved the quality of the roofing system, and the professionalism of the crew. We appreciated how fast they were able to get the job done, and we love the 50 year warranty. Would recommend them to friends and family.
Windows look beautiful. Taking one star off for the mess left behind by the installation crew. I had to call my daughter to come over and remove the curtains from my bed. It would have been nice if they left, at least, an organized mess.

This Power Home Remodeling sale rep. had an aggressive sale pitch. Before that, she looked over the house, without going on the roof. (Every other contractor male or female went on the roof) We went in the house, and she gave me her aggressive sale pitch. We talked about what I wanted done, and the prices for different materials. From the first knock on the door, through the presentation, installation and the quality assurance follow-up, everyone was very courteous, friendly, and informative; very professional people with excellent character. I love my new high-impact windows and look forward to the next job of new gutters.
Power just put on a brand new roof for our home. We were looking for a free estimate only but Tyler our salesman was so thorough and knowledgeable he let us know exactly what we would need to protect our new home. Lifetime warranty is great. The crew was so good and cleaned up everything. We would recommend POWER!
We did 16 windows and a door with Power and everything from the salesman to the install was easy. The salesman wasn't pushy and explained everything very clear with us. The install crew were very professional and did such an amazing job. We have had bad experiences with other companies in the past but Power really set the bar for everyone and then raised it! Working with Power Home Remodeling (Norcross. GA) was a very good experience from start to finish. They replaced 8 windows in our 1955 ranch style home. All employees from the sales rep to the quality inspector were professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that the installers were employees of the company and not sub contractors.
