Power installed siding on our house 14 months ago. The installation went well. Due to lack of support behind the siding around front door we were unable to have a storm door installed. In November we called and our service was scheduled for January. Due to not enough time scheduled by corporate the work could not be done. From start to finish everyone has been super professional. They were consistent in their messaging and delivered an excellent installation. Great product and happy we chose them to do our windows!

Company is not honoring warranties. I had someone come out to my house in march 2021 to do inspection on my windows which were installed by power home while back. 22 windows need to be replaced and its been almost one year and they have still not replaced it. They continue to keep pushing dates by giving bullshit excuse like vendor and material delays. We are very happy with service from Power Home from start to finish. Travis was clear and professional as was Jason. Representative of the company were respectful and courteous and all work crews on time and very efficient.
No complaints from start to finish. Love our new windows. Everyone we dealt with along the way was professional and polite.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Installed 19 windows in less than 7 hours. Had an inspection for come afterwards to check every window before they left.
Job took longer to complete than promised. Nails and debris were left all around my home and my neighbors. Also damaged my neighbors porch. Took several phone calls and four weeks for someone to come clean up and repair porch. And I still picked up five nails when they left. Also blew debris from my property to my neighbors.The nicest guys in the world will knock on your door to sell you the job and measure the roof but it stops there.
My experience was amazing. The entire staff was professional, energetic and passionate about their job. The windows look beautiful. From the marketing to the installation, I was very pleased.
