Everyone was on time and very courteous. They also answered all of my questions. The salesman was very thorough and detailed with his presentation. The installers were great. They worked nonstop and they worked very well together. The were very mindful of my living space, they layed down tarps and they cleaned up after themselves.

Overall pleasant experience from salesperson to work crew. There were some moderate delays for the window shipments, but that is expected these days. The windows look great and I would give a high recommendation to Power Windows!

Power Home Remodeling Group they are all about closing the deal on the first visit, they will want all parties on site when they come out for an estimate. In my case they did not even quote the windows correctly on a front window it needed to be tempered glass and was not quoted that way. Also they make cancelling a simple quote and order have to sign a cancellation form and return it to the company. I must say that the installers from power were so polite. I have never seen contractors so in sync. They were a pleasure to work with. The salesman that came was so thorough and patient. We are looking forward to doing more work with Power.

Jacen from Power knocked on our door and asked us about our roof. We never answer those types of calls but for some reason we did and we’re so glad. Jacen was terrific. Then Jacob came out and told us all about what could and should be done. He was with us a while but we had a great chat about Indiana basketball as well as what the home needed. We contacted Power to give us an estimate on our windows after having multiple other window companies come out. Our sales rep, Tony, actually listened to what we wanted, didn’t oversell us, was never pushy, and relayed the information that we needed to know without overdoing it. We decided to use Power and the communication was outstanding, even with product delays, we were always notified and kept in contact with. Power is installing 10 new windows in our home today. It has been a pleasant and professional experience from the initial contact of Matt at our door, Tyler our sales rep was super knowledgeable and a joy to work with , Shawn the inspector was great and Gregor and the crew have been doing a fantastic job. Overall we give Power 5 stars so far.
