The crew was very nice and transparent. The project managers that came helped out with some home ownership advice. The salesman that came here was very thorough and patient, he took his time explaining all of the parts of the window and answering all of our questions. Some other things that we really appreciated was the fact that power kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and the windows are great!
The sales process was terrific and the person who came out was excellent. We were a little bit upset with the installation of our roof though. The cleanup didn’t go as well as we had hoped. Found about 50 nails left behind and some shingles hit our siding. Causing us to have to touch up the siding with some paint. The window install was 100% amazing.
These people are a scam. They came through my neighborhood acting friendly scheduling free inspection and estimates. I did and they gave me the most expensive estimate for 4 windows and a door I have ever seen. It was over $20,000! Since then they have preceded to call me everyday sometimes twice a day and this has been going on for months. They even have had the nerve to come back to my house to ask for a free estimate
I have to say, overall I am very pleased with the entire process. From Colin knocking on my door to Danny explaining the process to the pre inspection with Mike, right through the QA meeting with Pete. Everyone had a way of making me know I was making the right decision and was in excellent hands. The work looks great and generally could not be happier. They made a daunting process run very smooth and worry free.
My total experience with this company was Outstanding. From my initial contact with Fred and Austin, I was impressed. They were totally professional, but more importantly, they treated me like family. I had windows and gutters replaced and both installation teams were prompt, courteous and work continously to complete both projects in a very timely manner. I will recommend the Power Home Remodeling Group to all my family, friends and neighbors.
My sales rep, Zach, was not only gorgeous, but extremely knowledgeable, polite, not pushy at all, and worked with my budget to help me start my window project. The quality of the product and installation have exceeded my expectations. My installers Trevor and Austin were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and explained each part of what they were doing along the way. The windows look great and I could not be more pleased with my decision. I highly recommend Power for any home improvement project.
Salesman Chris was absolutely wonderful, very informative with the product and demonstration, not pushy at all, very respectful. I would love to have him back for my next purchase.
