The salesperson that came to my door was awesome! But the reason I gave a 3 star is because of the manager of the scheduling office in Chester, PA was rude in his response of my rescheduling. Also, the QA person wasn’t ready and going through his email, when he said he was about ready.

Everyone I dealt with has been great. Very professional, on time and helpful with suggestions and options. This is my second install with Power and I would not use anyone else for window installation.
Smooth process working with Power. All the people we worked with were very professional. We are very happy with our windows, and the quality of them. The energy efficiency traits of the windows were also more than what we expected. Would recommend Power to anyone and would consider using them again.
What professionals!!! But not stuffy. just friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Came across as honest and truthful. The installers were the same. They came on time, installed the windows, cleaned up and took all the trash with them . I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend the company and their employees.
We’re very happy with the experience we received. We appreciated the presentation and the knowledge that our salesman Kyle showed. He was a big part of why we worked with the company in the first place. The quality of the window and the project hitting our our budget were the others We were Rescheduled once because of a covid situation but the communication was great and appreciated. We would recommend Power to anyone looking for windows.
My experience was amazing. The entire staff was professional, energetic and passionate about their job. The windows look beautiful. From the marketing to the installation, I was very pleased.
We had some representatives of the company show up at our home after we cancelled our appointment. The man knocks on the door and my wife explained that we had canceled it after we was told some disturbing news about this company. The representative then gets mad at my wife and the rudely tells her in a aggressive way "guess you don't like your house looking nice" Buyers be aware they are rude and hostile.
Pleasant experience dealing with sales and installers. We appreciate the extra steps power took with sending out a Quality Assurance manager to our home.
