Power was very prompt and on time. Everyone who came to my home was respectable and very nice. The installation was also very nice, they cleaned up after everything. The windows look great!
We contacted Power to give us an estimate on our windows after having multiple other window companies come out. Our sales rep, Tony, actually listened to what we wanted, didn’t oversell us, was never pushy, and relayed the information that we needed to know without overdoing it. We decided to use Power and the communication was outstanding, even with product delays, we were always notified and kept in contact with. We met with power to discuss replacing our windows. The salesman was professional and polite, we were very happy with everything he showed us. The windows were also installed by two extremely professional installers and they look beautiful.
I asked everyone that came to my house to wear masks and they wore them the entire time. They were very courteous and very respectful. We have had a lot of work done at our house and I must say that power has been the best by far. We look forward to doing more work with power.
Power Remodeling installed 17 windows in our home in Chandler, AZ on February 10, 2022. We had not heard of this company in our area, but after listening to the very knowledgeable sales rep we were convinced that it was a good product. Excellent all around service, installation and product. Would highly recommend!
Starting with Nick, our sales rep, and ending with our installation team of Robert and Casey, everyone has been professional and courteous. We did have multiple delays with product coming in, but were kept in touch with and Power stayed in communication throughout. The windows are in and look great, I can already feel the difference in heat coming in the home. We would recommend Power to anyone looking to get windows in Florida.
Worst customer service ever! Never called me back. Never gave the deal they promised. Slop work with more time spent scheduling times to fix it than is acceptable!
This company did some work on my neighbor's last fall and did not pick up after themselves and now they are at it again. I had to spend three days picking up nails all over my property last fall. Now they left behind all kinds of debris in addition they went on my property, moved around my belongings without my knowledge and permission. Do not ever use this company, they say one thing and do another.
