Everyone was on time and very courteous. They also answered all of my questions. The salesman was very thorough and detailed with his presentation. The installers were great. They worked nonstop and they worked very well together. The were very mindful of my living space, they layed down tarps and they cleaned up after themselves.

I must say that the installers from power were so polite. I have never seen contractors so in sync. They were a pleasure to work with. The salesman that came was so thorough and patient. We are looking forward to doing more work with Power.

Power Home Remodeling Group they are all about closing the deal on the first visit, they will want all parties on site when they come out for an estimate. In my case they did not even quote the windows correctly on a front window it needed to be tempered glass and was not quoted that way. Also they make cancelling a simple quote and order have to sign a cancellation form and return it to the company. Jacen from Power knocked on our door and asked us about our roof. We never answer those types of calls but for some reason we did and we’re so glad. Jacen was terrific. Then Jacob came out and told us all about what could and should be done. He was with us a while but we had a great chat about Indiana basketball as well as what the home needed. Power is installing 10 new windows in our home today. It has been a pleasant and professional experience from the initial contact of Matt at our door, Tyler our sales rep was super knowledgeable and a joy to work with , Shawn the inspector was great and Gregor and the crew have been doing a fantastic job. Overall we give Power 5 stars so far.

We ordered our windows in October 2021. Our original install date was January 31, 2022. We were informed there may be some delay due to shipping delays, COVID, etc. Okay, we understand. Now months later, they tell us we are ready to go. We will be there between 8AM and 11 AM on March 3, 2022. We proceed to remove everything from the windows (drapes, blinds) and the area in front of the windows. So after preparing for them to come and altering three rooms, they call after 8AM and tell us we aren't coming sorry. We are paying ... read more

The sales process was a bit long for my wife and I but we completely understand why. The product is exceptional and you will get what you pay for. The crew did a great job installing the windows but the caulk lines on the outside were a little sloppy for my liking.
