Our sales rep did a wonderful sales presentation and was not pushy at all. He showed us several options that would fit with our layout and ultimately helped us land on the perfect windows. They handled the conversations with our HOA to get everything approved. That is customer service unparalleled to any company out there, Power truly went above and beyond for customer service and durning installation. A 5 star review doesn’t do it justice of how incredible this company is!
Power just completed an entire siding project on our home. We had bad experiences with large companies like them before but we recognized the quality products they were using so we went with them. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Jose our Forman was super patient and always available to help with questions and suggestions. This was not like our other big company experience. Power did a great job. We Highly recommend them for siding.

From the beginning to the end superb job. They showed up on time and answered all of our questions. The trim gutters and windows look good!
It was a seamless experience with Power doing our sliding glass door. Our salesman, Derrik did a great job explaining everything to the family. He even got our daughters involved, which they loved. We’re looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Overall pleasant experience from salesperson to work crew. There were some moderate delays for the window shipments, but that is expected these days. The windows look great and I would give a high recommendation to Power Windows!
We ordered window replacements on all our home windows including basement windows and we had them installed on 10/8/2019 and they were paid in full. The Glass unit seals are leaking on five of these windows. We have call and talked to several representatives. First was 2/26/21 about the picture window glass unit leaking. Then called on 6/28/21 about 3 more windows that need replacing They said it would be delivered later this year or early 2022. Still nothing.
