I purchased 3 windows from this Company and the UV failed. Every time I called (5 times) them I would get the same line we don't have the windows yet or they would be in next season. My last call to them I was told the windows would be in this Spring 2022. I called today and again was told the same thing that now these windows won't be in until the Summer. This is the worse Company ever and would not recommend them to anyone EVER.
Met with power to discuss replacing my windows and decided to go with them. Communication has been great they are professional and polite. I’m happy with my decision.
In September 2021, I purchased a Dynasty Oak Entry door. It was installed in December by Anthony. He did a beautiful job and the door is gorgeous. After 4 days, the interior hancock knob would not open or close. It was stuck in the lock position. I could not use front door at all. I called the company and they were very nice and ordered a new knob. Anthony came back with the new piece but it still did not work. Everyone that came to my home has been very friendly. Power has great customer service. We give power 4 thumbs up. We really like the fact that power cleaned up after doing the window install. We would definitely recommend power!

Starting with my sales rep, Alphonso, everyone from power has been extremely professional, explained everything so it was very easy to understand what I would be getting and followed through with those explanations to a T.
